Your employees must wear uniforms or work clothes like Dickies?

We are in the service sector of flax. My parents run I start the day and production overnight. There is no production in the day. We especially sheets, towels, table linens, a few other white items such as lab coats. We want to go into work clothes like Dickies, chef clothing and perhaps medical scrubs. We have cloth. Your labels are coded so that we know to whom it belongs. Say you rent 50 Queen size sheets for the beds in your motel. After 150 washes, they will look pretty beat and we will replace them. If they end up ripped or stained, you may be charged for them in proportion. It works for we and our customers. Today, with lab coats, we have only two styles of lab coats and they come from S to XXL. This is simple. Your company needs as size or style. But the uniforms must return to a specific person. Make your own employee uniforms? Are they obliged to use your laundry? I try to get an idea of the market before jumping into it. Thank you

Where I work now, only a few employees wear uniforms or work clothes like Dickies. These employees are uniform issues and are responsible for cleaning and replacement of uniforms if they are damaged. While I was in college, I worked in a packing plant where we had the business combination wash every day. The company had their own laundry on site available without charge to the employee. We do not have our own combinations, but the combinations have been issued and the employee was responsible for the loss include those who are lost in the laundry ..
