How can I million e-mail? I need to do some email marketing.?

I see software that are "millions of email". I suppose you made only 1 e-mail and it goes Out to all the world (3 million per day), 70 million per month. What software do this for free (freeware). If please let me know. Or has anyone ever done this type of marketing before? Please let me know. Thank you
