What is the average annual salary for a national sales and marketing manager in the Raleigh/Durham Market?

I am a Marketing and Sales manager in Durham, NC. I have been with the company 4 years. I get paid based upon performance (commission). My salary ranges per month from $3,200 to $4,700 plus I have a company car and legal benefits. I have to pay for my own fuel and food while on business travel.
