Los Angeles or Miami for organic / raw food business?

I have some experience with Los Angeles, but not with Miami and I am busy helping someone decide where to put a "health food" store. not your typical "health food" store so I'll try to describe the current store at New York, which is fairly successful in that people come from afar to purchase products. They sell supplements pharmaceutical grade, all natural face costly and body products, offers naturopathic consultations, weekly workshops on a variety of topics and emphasize raw and organic. Their products have been featured in magazines such as Lucky, Pure Food and Wine, and Elle. Hope you gives an idea of the type of business. Would you say Los Angeles and Miami would be cheaper to implement this type of business? Thank you for all ideas!

I think LA is better than MIA for this type of business, MIA is a tourist town and people do not have to eat and drink because they are on vacation for a few days. Good luck with your new business.
