marketing systems manager

There are hundreds of thousands of people around the world right now sitting at their computers knowing that they will make money business online. Simultaneously, there are hundreds of thousands of others sitting in their home business every day, struggling to make money online.
Why is this? Is it the fault of the individual? Is it the fault of marketing companies? Are the product and / or services not up? Lack Training is the reason for failure? Is the compensation plan?
I was an MLM distributor for one of the best MLM companies in the world and I could not run. I put in about 60-70 hours per week and work my ass off. I have a long business experience and have worked as General Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and owned and operated my own business, so I thought I could do.
I heard all the scary stories (and there are many) on the distributors of MLM companies that have spent thousands of dollars has persisted for 2-5 years, followed by all that their sponsors were advised to do, purchased leads, purchased goods, purchased advertising campaigns, spoke to hundreds of potential prospects, recruited, built a downline and yet they could not make it work.
After ten months of pushing myself to near exhaustion, I fell into the category of those who fail to MLM and all I had to show for it is exhaustion, disappointment and a maxed credit card. So I bailed.
I had to sit down and analyze why I failed. Was it my fault? Was I missing a piece of the puzzle? I done everything (and more) as my sponsor advised. I really liked the concept of working from home and was determined to find where I went wrong.
And the answer is surprising. It was not foul on me as a buyer of the Internet, thanks to the training system exceeded that even the best MLM companies use to train their dealers. The old school way of sale, sale, marketing and recruitment, recruitment, recruitment have been left far behind.
Any savvy, successful internet marketing knows the only way to succeed in the industry network marketing and make money online today is through a marketing attraction.
Attraction Marketing is all construction on trust and relationship building. Yes, it takes longer, but the business partners who align themselves with you being serious, motivated and best of all, believe and trust you. During construction of the relationship they have learned to know you and feel the way you operate your business and if they can work with you. And the biggest reason why they will join you because they love you and they trust you. Like a friend.
Attraction marketing builds relationships and trust with your prospects, it takes time but the results are a win-win for the two parties. When the business partnership is cemented, both sides have learned to know and trust each other and potential business partners know if their sponsor has the qualities to lead and coach them to success.
The only model I found to sort the results most people are looking for a concept called GPT or Get Paid Today. This implies a premium product tier and paid substantial commissions from the beginning on each sale. If you take a look at the Internet marketing industry and companies that use a high level model direct selling companies, accompanied and supported by the most comprehensive marketing system on the offer, you can see why people are leaving the best companies marketing in their herds and switching to a more efficient and transparent, using attraction marketing to appeal to his potential business partners.
Midge Hand and her husband Mike Morgan are partners in an award winning partnership in the internet marketing industry. They use a cutting edge business and marketing system which is generating incredible success for thousands of people around the world. They use attraction marketing to realise the full potential of each and every member of their team. This business model is what works today and can be used to train everyone in the network marketing industry – even those who chose to remain with the best MLM companies to create the life of their dreams.
