I make and produce handicraft product for children and need help with online marketing beyond ebay?

My paper product is useful at any time for decorating and wearing. Many organizations have already heard of me through mail campaigns frequently buy. This includes libraries and schools in the camps. However, since I stopped direct mail on account of expenditure, and focused Sales on eBay, I feel that I limited my market. What I want to know a few steps starting feasible for online marketing beyond eBay?

Direct mail is great, and there are mailing lists out there (educational foundations) that are free.
